How to Measure Your Bra Size at Home — The Easy Way

Wearing the right bra size is a game-changer. It gives you support, comfort, and a little extra confidence boost. But did you know that 8 out of 10 women wear the wrong size?

Let’s fix that — right here, right now. Grab a soft measuring tape, wear a non-padded bra, and let’s measure your bra size at home in just 3 minutes.

🧷 What You'll Need:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror (or a bestie for help)
  • A non-padded bra

Step 1: Measure Your Band Size

👉 Stand straight and wrap the measuring tape snugly under your bust (where your bra band usually sits).

📏 Note the number in inches.

  • If it’s an even number, that’s your band size.
  • If it’s an odd number, round up to the next even number

Example: If you measure 31", your band size is 32.

Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, usually over the nipples. Make sure it’s not too tight or too loose — it should rest comfortably.

📏 Note this number too — this is your bust measurement.

Step 3: Calculate Your Cup Size

Now subtract your band size from your bust measurement:

Bust - Band = Difference

Check the chart below to find your cup size:

💡 Let’s Put It All Together

If your band size is 34 and your bust measures 37,
37 - 34 = 3 → That’s a C cup.
Your bra size = 34C
