Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking ID and courier details.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days across India.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service efficiency.
  • Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal delivery fee may apply for orders below this value.

Express Shipping

At The Seventh Muse, we offer an Express Shipping option for customers who require faster delivery.

  • Express Shipping Charges - Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹299 per order.
  • Delivery Timeline - Orders placed with Express Shipping are eligible for delivery within 1-4 working days, subject to serviceability of the delivery pin code.
  • Order Processing - Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day and dispatched after that. Express orders are prioritized. However, unforeseen delays due to logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier limitations may affect delivery timelines. The Seventh Muse is not liable for delays beyond our control. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • To cancel, email support@theseventhmuse.com with your Order ID
  • After 2 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or Whatsapp to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

Undelivered / Re-Routed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to unavailability of the customer or incorrect address, we will re-dispatch it immediately after confirming the correct details.
Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver every order promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Festive or sale periods
