Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged in transit, or
  • You have received an incorrect item

To process a return or refund claim, you must provide a clear, unedited order opening video along with photos showing the issue. Claims made without this video will not be eligible for review.


How to Request a Return

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@theseventhmuse.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear, unedited order opening video
  • Close-up photos of the product and packaging

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact
  • Returns for sizing issues or change of mind are not accepted
  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable), or
  • Request you to ship the item to our return address

Once received, the product will be inspected and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • You will receive either a store credit (valid for 6 months), or
  • A refund to your original payment method, depending on the case

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refused deliveries, unauthorized returns, or incomplete documentation (including missing order opening video) will not qualify for a refund

Re-Routed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability or logistical issues, we will re-dispatch it after confirming details with you.
Refunds are not applicable in such cases.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, you can:

  • Request a return (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order once your return is processed

However, in rare cases, we may accommodate exchange requests at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Approval depends on product condition, availability, and eligibility
  • We reserve the right to approve or decline exchange requests

Shipping Delays

While we strive to dispatch orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics partner issues
  • Weather conditions or public holidays

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible:

  • Panties, briefs, and all intimate wear bottoms
  • Shapewear
  • Lingerie sets that include intimate wear bottoms (if opened or tried on)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exceptions:
We only accept returns or exchanges for the above items if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery, or
  • You have received an incorrect item

Please report such cases within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and your Order ID. We will prioritise resolving the issue.


Important Note

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
