We understand that plans can change.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. To request a cancellation, simply email us at support@theseventhmuse.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Since we aim to dispatch orders quickly, processing may begin shortly after placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

All cancellation requests are subject to approval at our discretion. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
