Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At The Seventh Muse, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

• Cancellation Window: You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not already been processed or dispatched.
• How to Cancel: Email us at support@theseventhmuse.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
• Processed or Dispatched Orders: Since we aim to fulfil orders promptly, some orders may be processed or dispatched shortly after placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, even if the 1-hour cancellation window has not elapsed.
• Refunds: If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that the 1-hour cancellation window does not guarantee cancellation. All requests are subject to the order's processing and dispatch status at the time the request is received. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
